What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to work with clients.
I have two methods of pricing.
-1ST
This method allows you to have full control of the design.
I will complete the mural in the timeframe you desire.
Pricing here is $25 per square foot and up.
-2ND
This method is used when the project is more than anticipated.
Here my rates are lowered and are negotiable.
depending on how low the quote drops, I, the artist will require a longer timeframe or to have full creative freedom to paint something in my style.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For the method where I charge based on square footage.
I will first need 10% to create the mockup. During this stage, you, the client will have 3 free design changes, note any additional changes afterwards will cost an additional $80.
Once design is approved by client we will move onto the application, the painting of the mural. Here to gather all materials needed, i will require a payment of %40 of the total budget. Here the mural will be completed within set deadline.
Now we are at the end, the mural is completed, and the work site is cleaned. Once the project is completed, I will require the remaining balance of %50 paid.
