- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No each event is unique and has different requirments, stand pricing is mostly in Banquet halls
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we need to know what they are looking to bring to there event, food, alcohol, decor, florals,linens,tables, chairs, linens ect. is this s drop off or full set up and service. there are many features to this that will make a important and lasting memory, that is our job and passion to be able to gather all this info and make the dream a reality
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years as a chef of my company and having family in both restaurants as well as catering and hotel management that goes back 3 generation
