FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each event is different and I need to know the details before I can quote you. It is important to know number of guests, type of party, if and where location, budget. Budget is honestly the number one thing because I can't work within a something if I don't know what it is. I am willing to work within any budget like I said but I have to know the background details behind it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to go to as many events as possible with trends and training. I also follow many different things online to stay up with the trends. I am even thinking about teaching a class so that not only do I teach others interested in my career but I learn further myself.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In my bio I briefly touch that I worked at a flower shop at a young age (8). It wasn't my job of course but I spent enough time there and helped set up weddings and events that is where my heart has always been. I have a degree in Hospitality business from Michigan State University (Go Green) and from there worked in many areas to familiarize myself with each aspect before starting my own business.
