  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing is dependent on your event and the services needed. Your total will also depend on the supplies that will need to be purchased/rented for your event. We will work with you to stay under your budget or give an honest opinion on whether the job can be done within your wanted range.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We will start by scheduling a quick phone call to figure out your exact needs/request. We will build a custom quote for your event based on our conversation. Once the quote is approved, you will receive a contract and invoice. Once payment is received, we will book your needed services!
