Chef Malcolm created a birthday brunch to remember! Well seasoned food, good portions (the 7 us ate brunch for 2 days after the original event. What I loved about Chef Malcolm is he not only provided what I asked for but he took the extra step to recommend and add in special touches to make the event even more special! I was in Vegas for a long weekend and wanted to eat good but not worry about the formalities of making a reservation, transportation, and everything else that goes into going out for dinner. Chef Malcolm was able to deliver an experience for me and my friends that was without a doubt the best way to go. He curated a menu based on the feel and tastes we were looking for and hit the nail right on the head. Very responsive and punctual. No question, next time I'm in Vegas, it's Chef Malcolm straight away. Good looking out Chef!

Chef Malcolm’s food is absolutely A-MA-ZING!!! With the personality to match. The food was sooo good and well prepared. Everything was very high quality and the presentation was immaculate. I highly recommend hiring him if you are looking for five star service within your budget...can’t go wrong!
