I trained hamstrings and glutes with Orlando & had a great experience. Not only was he professional but he was patient. Ive been working out for years but I wanted to switch it up so I decided to have a session with him and Im glad I did. He helped me out with my form and he took the time to explain to me where I was wrong. Theres always more to learn & he taught me quite a lot in 1 session. Definitely recommend & Ill be coming back for more!

Recommend 100%! I did the online training and if I had any questions or concerns he would always respond right away! Always gave me helpful feedback on my workouts and definitely understood my goals! Makes the meal plans easy to do and not some lame diet eating! Such a helpful coach!
