I have had Orlando as my trainer for the past couple years & has helped me push myself to limits I didnt think Id ever reach. I have lost a lot of fat & gained muscle with his training & meal plans as well. Overall a great trainer.

The best trainer out there. He goes above and beyond to communicate and make sure you're on top of your sh**. Pushing you past your fitness limit and won't disappoint on results if you put that work in!! He also provides you with meal plans and macros if interested (highly recommend). My goal was to strength train and look/feel better overall. I always had trouble gaining weight, I started my bulk at 105lbs and I'm omw to 117lbs! Also the strongest I've ever been. You can seriously count on Orlando to improve your lifestyle

Recommend 100%! I did the online training and if I had any questions or concerns he would always respond right away! Always gave me helpful feedback on my workouts and definitely understood my goals! Makes the meal plans easy to do and not some lame diet eating! Such a helpful coach!

Training with Orlando has been life changing literally. From having a corporate gym pass and never using it to finding training with Orlando, my view of the gym has drastically changed. I used to dread going to the gym, and now its what I look forward to. Orlando is so genuine with his training and makes you feel comfortable from the start. He is knowledgeable and knows exactly what to do to help you reach your goals. His nutritional help is also super easy to understand. I couldnt recommend Orlando enough!
