Prices depend on the service and location. I offer remote sessions, as well as in person, where I can travel to you. I'm currently offering: - Nutrition Counseling (remote and in-person) - Reiki (remote and in person) - Athletic Cupping/Stretching (in-person) - 1on1/group Fitness sessions
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before beginning our first session, I highly recommend a free consultation. This brief phone call will address any questions you have and also talk about your goals for the future. Depending on each individualized need, we will then create a plan to help achieve your goals. Everyone has different goals and different needs. Therefore, I will never use a cookie cutter "routine". Each program is tailored to YOUR goals and interests.
