If you need someone to keep you accountable, show you proper form in the gym, teach you how to properly fuel your body, and show you how exciting and fun exercise can be, I'm your gal! I’m a highly intuitive and empathetic trainer that will work with you to address all of your unique needs. I adore helping my clients learn how to live a healthy and happy lifestyle through exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes! I offer in-person one on one training, group training (discounted $$) and online coaching. My online coaching offers a custom workout plan with video tutorials, macro calculations, weekly check in’s, habit tracking, and meal examples.

Lauren has helped me not only transform physically but also mentally. Ever since I started with her I have felt better and seen results already. I can’t wait to see how far she will get me in a year. She pushes you with positivity and doesn’t let you give up on yourself. She also provides a great meal plan to help you get started and sustain it as a lifestyle. I would recommend anyone who is trying to lose weight, get in shape, and change their lifestyle to have Lauren as your trainer. She will teach you how to do the workouts, use the machines, eat right and when to take it easy so you don’t over exert yourself but still get results. I would recommend Lauren to everyone I know trying to live a better lifestyle and get results!

Six months into working out with Lauren, I see huge changes in myself. While I’m down over 45 pounds this year, there’s so much more to the growth that has come during my time working with Lauren. From having consistency in and out of the gym, working through the harder moments, and learning how strong I am, investing in my health by having Lauren as my personal trainer is the best thing I’ve done this year! When I started, the idea of working out even two days a week seemed like a lot, but consistently, I’m now in the gym 4-5 times a week, and many of those days with Lauren.
One of the biggest reasons I went with Lauren was her experience working with back problems and injuries. Throughout the time we’ve worked together, the programs she has made for me have ensured that while I get stronger, we’re not re-aggravating a previous injury. She has a great mindset about healthy balances in life and this mindset built in with the trust she builds with her clients allows for an environment where you feel like you can ask questions or talk to her not only about what is going well but what you’re struggling too. Her overall approach to full body and mind health makes the changes sustainable.
She is a ball of light who makes the workouts fun even when they are hard. With her knowledge of workouts and nutrition, she ensures that the knowledge she’s giving all her clients helps them to be set up to do the hard things. Always ready to be your biggest cheerleader, Lauren loves celebrating all your wins with you and genuinely showing how much she loves each of her clients. Overall, if you’re wanting to change your life for the better, signing up to work with Lauren is the best place to start.

I've never been one to really enjoy working out, but Lauren has truly changed that for me. Her encouraging and positive energy is enough to make anyone excited to go to the gym! She taught me how to be more in tune with my body and makes all our workouts both fun and challenging! She caters to any experience level, and that's huge for someone like me who is also dealing with post accident pain/injuries. I feel myself getting stronger mentally and physically, and she helps me stay accountable not just with workouts, but also with general health, wellness, and diet. She has a breadth of knowledge and it's been amazing learning from her! I highly recommend working with Lauren :)
