It's truely a rewarding feeling having someone go from 25% bodyfat to only 10% and seeing their self esteem, energy, and overall quality of life get better. I also like the fact that my clients turn into friends and we get to know each other and support each other in other areas of our lives not just health. It really benefits me as well to know I have a support system to be honest I didn't have a whole lot of support growing up so it's nice to have that now through my clients. The support is truly reciprocated and I love that.

I've been training with Brian for almost two months now. He has been a great trainer, very motivating, definitely jokes a lot which kept our training interesting. His work outs are well effective. Two months is short to see results but I'm pretty confident that if I keep doing what he planned for me, I will soon be healthier and fit. I absolutely enjoyed my workout journey with Brian and definitely recommend him to all of you who hope to start working out in the right way!

Brian has been coaching/training our son, since he was 12 (for almost 2 years). We met him through a kids boxing class and we were immediately impressed by Brian’s patience and ability to engage several kids in a class setting. About a year ago, we decided to hire Brian for 1:1 training for our son. We couldn’t be happier with our son’s improvement in skill, ability and overall confidence. Our son has high-functioning Autism. Prior to working with Brian, he had no interest in sports or working out. He could barely perform basic physical fitness tasks like push-ups, sit-ups or jumping rope. With Brian’s support and coaching, he has learned how to properly complete these exercises and his strength, endurance and coordination continue to increase with each session. Brian is awesome! He has been a fantastic trainer and example to our son. Thanks, Brian!

I came to Brian with a prior back injury from an accident which left me unable to exercise for over a year.  I was underweight and very weak. In the three months I have been training with Brian I have been able to put on 12 pounds of muscle and weight gain.   Brian is an excellent injury prevention trainer.  He is also a high level athlete and fantastic at strength and conditioning.  I explained to him my limitations from my injury and the goals I was looking to achieve.  Brian created a custom training and eating regimen for my body type.  He went above and beyond to meet my goals and kept me motivated the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and their results. Not only that but training with him is actually fun. I couldn’t have done it without him!

I’ve been training with Brian for almost two months now, and with him I’ve made so much progress in my boxing technique, stamina, jump rope as well as getting leaner. Brian is very knowledgeable in multiple backgrounds. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    It sounds dumb but make sure the trainer is actually in shape, you'd be surprised at how many trainers that are not in good shape.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I would like people to understand the difference between a bodybuilder and person that is fit. I have respect for bodybuilders and everyone should, it takes a lot of hard work, discipline & knowledge to be a successful bodybuilder with that being said they're not fit individuals as far as cardiovascular health is concerned most of them cannot run a mile without struggling and a lot of them lack flexibility unfortunately people automatically assume they are the most fit individuals which is not the case and it can be frustrating to hear clients comment on bodybuilders as being so fit. Bodybuilder are very strong and know the science of getting lean but a fit individual would be someone more like a crossfitter, gymnast or a fighter.
