Tired of going to those commercial gyms and getting lost in the crowd? Not knowing what equipment to use and not sure what exercises you should be doing? So instead you start out with 30 mins on the elliptical, just to realize you are wasting your time and energy? Not seeing the results you want?! This is why our gym and program is COMPLETELY different! Our trainers work with you from the moment you walk into the gym until you are done with your cardio and cool down. We provide you with your warm up, your specific workout for the day, as well as your conditioning portion of your workout so you no longer have to stress and think when you come in the door! (We are not CrossFit) We are over a 7000 sq ft studio with plenty of room to train. We not only feature strength and conditioning equipment, we also have functional equipment to supplement your entire workout. Our focus is to get you the results that you want and deserve! All you have to do is SHOW UP! All of our trainers are certified, and our lead Trainer Rachael carries multiple nationally accredited certifications, was a Tactics/PT instructor for the US Secret Service, is a national level bodybuilder as well as an International Elite powerlifter. She will be the one overlooking your fitness program. We offer 2 membership packages. The Gold Package is $125 a month and includes your training, use of our fitness app to track your progress, as well as body fat testing. The Platinum Package is $225 a month, and that includes all of the benefits of Gold plus nutrition coaching. Nutrition coaching includes your custom meal plan, monthly check-in appts where changes are made to your meal plan as needed, and additional accountability to help you achieve your goals!

Checked out a few different gyms/personal trainers before deciding on Rachael and Signature Strength and Nutrition Gym. Rachael has been awesome, and since I'm new to lifting weights, it's been invaluable having her walk me through each of the different exercises and proper form for each one. Equal care and attention was also put into the workout plan and meal plan she made for me. The gym itself is very clean and well equipped with all the machines you would expect and more (including multiple power racks). Can't say enough good things about Rachael and her gym.

Rachael is a true expert and professional. I came to her being over weight, with high blood pressure and high sugar levels. I was not healthy.....12months later, more lean muscle, low body fat but most importanly, I'm healthy. Her meal plans and exercise plans that are geared and customized to you is where Rachaels system is above the rest. She changed my life. If your serious about wanting to make a change in your life...look no further. Thanks Rachael and good luck to all of you looking to make a change in your health.

"I was lucky enough to train with both Rachael and Steve while I was working in Germany. My initial goal was to start lifting weights more consistently and regain a level of fitness that I had lost over several months and then eventually focus on fat loss. They were able to design both nutrition and fitness programs that both met me where I was at but also pushed me to be and do the best I could in the gym and in my life (even when I did not believe I could). I looked forward to my workouts and as I improved and was able to make gains in the gym they adapted my program so I was always reaching for more. I also appreciated that were very grounded in their approach to health and fitness and advocated a balanced approach in both arenas Rachael often discussed her obsession with German Christmas cookies. 🙂 But this did allow me mental freedom from feeling like I had to be on a strict regimen, could enjoy treats every now and still have an overall healthy lifestyle. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to train with them and still use many aspects of fitness in my current regimen that I learned from my training.
