FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The monthly plan of $180 is specifically for nutrition coaching and consists of weekly one hour meetings, meal plans, and workout routines. I also provide personal training at a rate of $85 per hour (I do offer package deals, reducing the hourly rate to $75 an hour). For a one-time session for just a meal plan or workout routine, the cost is $225 per.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During an initial consult, I go through the Poliquin BioSignature Modulation (12-point body fat test) to determine lean muscle mass to assess what daily caloric intake should be for my client. I then go over what their goals, current habits, and resources to get them where they want to be. I write fitness routines as well as assist with meal plans that fit into their daily needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a background and extensive training in instructing physical fitness, tactical movement, and self defense, I have focused on expanding my skill sets even further to become a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, a Weight Management Coach, and a Poliquin BioSignature Practitioner. Along with the above-mentioned certifications, I have my personal training certification through the Cooper Institute, Military Exercise Leadership certification also through Cooper Institute, International Powerlifting Judging credentials, and have successfully completed CrossFit Level 1 in Frankfurt, Germany.
