Marshall is the BEST! If you want results, Train Solid works! Lost 15lbs. in 6 weeks, stronger and more flexible. Marshall’s workout program has been fantastic! It only requires discipline and dedication to see the results. Throughout the program, he regularly checks in with me and addresses any questions I might have about the workouts or nutrition.
