- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to help as many people as possible. We know this can be hard to budget, we will work diligently to make it fit in your budget. We offer online and virtually training as well which will lower the costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with an assessment and interview to really learn your "WHY!" We also like to get a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire completed so we can better understand any physical limitations or issues. Collectively the above helps me to design and implement a winning program to help you achieve your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have multiple certifications, have been training at a very high level for over a decade and have helped seniors, to stay home moms to doctors and studio heads, not to mention some celebrities to get in shape and take their health to the next level.
