Seth did a great job of addressing overall body fitness. There wasn't a workout I left from where I felt any muscle went unnoticed. I love the approach of exercises to work the entire body. Seth is a great motivator and I highly!!!! recommend Zenith Athletic for your personal training needs.

Seth..was very knowledgeable about nutrition and what foods and proteins would work for me, to help me accomplish my goals..he was courteous and friendly.. and I would definitely use him again.... hopefully soon when I'm ready to get into action with where I want to be with my fitness.

Seth's the type of trainer that will definitely push you past your limits and make sure you do things the right way. I highly recommend for those that wish to see growth physically and mentally.

Never having worked out, I was a bit terrified at the thought of starting a cross training routine. Seth explained every movement in the simplest terms and allowed me the time, at first, to find my bearings and find my actual skill level. He showed me how to build upon the basics and progress naturally while still giving me the confidence to go further and push harder. He explained the importance of form and safety when lifting and performing any of the movements. He took the time to get to know me, my routine and my goals. He explained proper nutrition and recovery and always lent an ear whenever I had questions and concerns. Seth is a patient, knowledgable and confident trainer I would recommend a million times over.
