Introduction
I offer in-home and in-gym independent contracted personal training. I offer full-service VIP personal training, including complete exercise prescription (for during actual training sessions, as well as on own exercise assignments).
I also offer my clients Smartphone-based exercise apps to guide them through their own exercise routines. I also offer nutrition guidance (macro nutrient recommendations, protein, carb, fat), supplement guidance, superb references to more in-depth meal planning programs, etc.
