FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a real estate agent our pricing is not complicated, simply put, we are paid a percentage commission on each transaction. Which is customarily paid by the seller.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers is really quiet simple, beginning with an in person appointment to set the expectation of the relationship including Realtor and Buyer/Seller responsibilities. At that point, they can decide to move forward with me or not. When we move forward that's when the fun begins. If you are purchasing we talk about what you are looking for in a home and we set out to locate that home or the closes house to it. If you are selling we talk about the value of your home, the condition of your and what cost effective changes might be necessary to get that value you want. And how I intend to market your property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to participate in continuing education courses annually, this enables Realtors to keep up to date on any new or updated laws and changes to the industry. So, we can better serve our clients. I like to keep up on real estate legislation and any changes to the real estate contract.
