I wish I had before photos but. they remodeled the old style shower, vanity, sink and lighting in our downstairs bathroom. I am extremely happy and will use them for the other 2 bathrooms later this year."See more

Not only did she help me with my master, I asked her for some ideas on finishing touches for my guest bedroom and living room that were just very lackluster. She was very careful to stay within my budget and helped me understand what types of items I should splurge on and what items I could get inexpensively. Her lighting ideas completely changed how my living room looked. Incredible job by CC! Anthony C. says, "Elena and Alejandro, wife and husband, are a great match as contractors. Elena sees the big picture and Alejandro is detailed. Of all the contractors that I interviewed for my kitchen project, Alejandro was the only one who took measurements and offered suggestions and asked questions that were more detailed. Explained the advantages and disadvantages of moving the plumbing, which my measurement person had also done earlier. Made sure that my electrical was up to code and added an extra one along with the extra lighting switch. I was also able to use the old kitchen cabinet elsewhere in the condo by installing one in the laundry room. I may have paid a little bit more, but I have a leveled beautiful eye catching kitchen with appliances and cabinets from IKEA. Plus a more open concept condo with the dropping of the breakfast bar. They also made sure that proper building codes were met. They actually saved me money by installing the cabinets a little differently along with the lighting and electrical. The photos show the progression. The flooring for the condo was installed by a different flooring contractor."See more

Majestic Renovations! Can’t say enough good about these guys! Reached out with a general inquiry about remodeling my mid century home on Thumbtack. Fegiel promptly contacted me within 2 hours. We chatted about the scope of the work and estimated time table. Fegiel’s partner and team lead Andres came for an on-site free estimate the next day. Andres was on time and very friendly. Solid guy! Listened and offered advice when needed. Andres took his time to gather measurements and photos to draw up an estimate. I received my estimate within a few days and Fegiel called to walk the estimate line by line, once all was in order, a fair price I must say, we agreed to start work that week. I had the flooring re-done with tile throughout the home, completely new kitchen, new lighting throughout, new baseboards in all rooms, and had new stairs built into the sunken living room. Andres and the team got to work and was so easy to work with. Excellent craftsman and steadfast on finishing the project with perfection. Fegiel and Andres scheduled specialists to come in based on where it was needed. They worked room to room to minimize the impact to daily life. Fegiel worked with me throughout to ensure some savings and I get the end result I wanted with finishes, materials and products. He also checked in on site every few days throughout to ensure the job was coming along smoothly and correctly. I made a few minor changes during the coarse of the job, which Andres and the team were happy to accommodate. Super easy to work with. As the job was wrapping up, the team addressed the minor punch list items. Two weeks after the job was completed, there was an issue with the “U” pipe under the sink. I reached out to Andres and Fegiel. Acting quick, someone was out the next morning, a Saturday, to address the issue. As I was saying, can’t say enough about this company and team! So happy I found and hired Majestic. Best experience I’ve had with GC and construction team. Definitely hire these guys! They can do it all and do it well!
