Diane H. says, "I was new to the Las Vegas area and when my home flooded I did not know who to call for help. Our realtor led us to a contractor who introduced us to G&R and work on the house was immediate. Arisbeth and her crew are FAST, professional, hard working, honest, and clean! Arisbeth and her crew were at the job site each day before 8 AM and stayed working up until 5 PM. If there was going to be a delay of any kind, they were prompt in notifying me. The G&R crew were also highly detail oriented, ensuring all water damage, seen and unseen, were addressed, documented, and reported. The knowledge base of G&R is remarkable, their work ethic impeccable, and also their willingness to go above and beyond the gold standard to care for their clients is immeasurable. Lastly, Arisbeth was an absolute genius working with our insurance adjustor on our behalf through the entire buildback process; making this one less headache for us. I would recommend G&R hands down over any other contractor out there."See more

With more than 5 years of experience in construction, I bring real hands-on field experience, estimating knowledge, and a strong passion for doing quality work to every project. I believe customers deserve a contractor who listens, communicates honestly, and takes pride in the work—not someone who simply wants to finish the job as quickly as possible. I pay close attention to the details and take the time to understand what each customer needs before the work begins. I do not believe in cutting corners. I believe in doing the job right and giving 100% effort from start to finish. My goal is not only to complete your project, but to leave you completely satisfied with the quality of the work. Whether your project is large or small, I treat it with the same level of care and professionalism. I understand that your home and your investment are important, and I take that responsibility seriously. When you hire me, you can expect honest communication, careful workmanship, and someone who genuinely cares about the final result. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I will always do my best to deliver work I can be proud of.See more

Life Savers Restoration llc
Life Savers Restoration llc
This company is fabulous. Last week during the rainstorm, I had a surprise ceiling leak. My insurance company had sent out one of their vendors that was unable to fulfill their obligation, even with an active ceiling leak during the rain. I found Lifesavers Restoration on thumbtack. I sent them a message. They responded within 10 minutes and were at my that night dealing with the issue. Anytime I had questions, Rudy or the team that was sent out, they all answered without an issue, hesitation or an annoyance. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. 💓 I would use them in the future if needed.

Sad to say my instincts didn't work on this one. The gentleman came to my house, showed passion for his work and gave me a more than fair price to finish my simple job.

The job:
I had water damage that damaged a wall in my laundry room, downstairs small bathroom and entry way. I had a restoration company come out and remove the drywall and dry the water damage and check for mold. Cost me $1200. To finish the job I needed drywall spackle and paint. This gentleman said the materials would cost
about $300 and he would charge me $1000 to do the job.

What happened:
I first sent him though cashapp $412 to start the job and he came by a few times and only put up the drywall on the walls not the ceiling. He said he needed more materials and I cashapped him $200. I also (for incentives to get the job done faster) told him I wanted to give him an additional $200 towards the job out of good faith.

After that he text me this:
"All the material is there u need, it'll be easier n faster if u get someone else to finish the job. Im all (explicit) on schedule and i dnt have a truck"

"All $ besides the recent 200 was used for materials alone"

"Just cnt do it man, i dnt have the proper (explicit) to do so and it shouldn't take this long for this job"

"So no nobody got burned and you $ was used for materials, so i only made 200 for labor but tbh bro thats chill , i feel blah about not being able to get this shit done adequately"

"Yeh man i tried tho"

So I had to pay someone else to come and finish the job where they said the job done wasn't even done right.

Live and learn.... He seemed like a good, honest, passionate guy but in the end the true colors showed.
