- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monthly pool service rate is $150 plus chemical usage. This is a breakdown of what my customers will benefit from my monthly(4 or sometimes 5 times/mo) pool service: 1. Water chemistry/Chemical balancing - Weekly water testing is done during service to ensure my customers that their pool water remains flawless and avoid expensive equipment malfunctions on heaters, pump impellers and pool filtration. 2. Brushing/Netting/Skimming of Pool - Weekly service includes brushing of leaves, debris and dust off your pool tiles and walls. 3. Vacuumming of pool - To ensure my customers that their swimming pool is in perfect condition, my service includes weekly vacuumming of pool surface/floor. Most service companies offers this option as an "if needed" part of the service. 4. Equipment inspection - I assure my customers that their equipment/s (pumps, heater, filter, autofill and plumbing) are performing to their full capacity and if it is not, it will be reported ASAP. 5. Service reports - Tech's visit will be summarized on a report that will be submitted to customer via SMS/text. Report will include an "after" picture of their pool, chemical reading ( Free Chlorine, Ph & CYA), amount of chemical/s used and recommendations.
