- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know that our clients want to save as much money as possible when taking on a repair or remodel project. That is why we strive to keep our prices as affordable as possible to satisfy our clients needs. We accept the following payment options : checks, credit card, checks & cash. We also work with LIGHTSTREAM financing for the larger repair/ remodel projects to help clients who would like to finance their projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step would be scheduling an appointment. At the appointment we will take our time to inspect and measure the pool and deck areas to be worked on. We will then sen a written estimate via email for the client to review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience in the pool industry started in 2003 in pool construction. I spent 4 years building pools from the excavation through to the completed pool project. I then took my knowledge to the repair industry and began repairing pools. In 2009 I opened my own company and in 2012 applied for and obtained my contractors license and have been working as a pool contractor since. My qualification as an A10 pool contractor allows me to not only repair pools but build and remodel swimming pools too. So whatever your pool remodel or repair from new tile, re-plaster, deck repair or redo etc, we do it all.
