- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 4 different discounts: 5% senior, 5% military, 5 cash, and 5% prepayment. You can combine these up to 10% (even if You qualify for 3 or 4 discounts we can package to max 10% simply because our average profit is 20%)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you *******, you will talk to a real person. Except at times, it will be AI (once per week). We have done a lot of research to ensure that your experience with AI answering is good and not frustrating in any way. We choose a good AI assistant. To get around that, simply ***************************************************************** And we'll chat in text. We also have the option to come for an estimate and do the job at the same time. (People love it)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not any tree professional can work with Vegas Best Tree Service. They must prove that they are able to maintain our high standards of client experience and be the best every time, and they must follow a zero-error rule. When you do 1,000 jobs or more, your work shows your level of skills. However, some of our pros have certificates to back it up. Traditional education is 4 years of university.
