We could not have asked for anybody more perfect to lead and guide us through the ceremony than this lady, JAMELLE!!!!!!! She was so easy to work with right from the start. As soon as we exited the courthouse after getting our license we were thinking "wouldn't it be great to have somebody mobile come and officiate our wedding at our own random location?".. Then we saw this lovely flyer for "XOXO Jamelle" .. made one simple call... a few text messages...and next thing you know our unique wedding was under way for that very evening... it seemed so easy.. and even just over the phone Jamelle and her service seemed almost TOO good to be true... BUT IT ONLY GOT BETTER FROM THERE!! We arrived to our wedding venue (hotel suite with a view) to find Jamelle already there, organized, stunningly beautiful and professional as she waited for our arrival. This wonderful lady standing there with a smile that would light up ANY room~ there she was, already friends with the handful of guests that were there waiting for us as well. Our friends and family were already gloating about what an amazing human being she was... saying that Jamelle wasn't just a friend... she was FAMILY.... and they had all already extended invitations for her to come visit and stay with them at their homes... now, have you, this is all BEFORE the ceremony even began!!! That's how fast people fall in love with Jamelle! We opted for the standard vowes that Jamelle provided, and the words were so sweet, simple and well written. We couldn't have written better vows ourselves. By the end of the event we were ....well...married...of course!!! But also, just MORE than THRILLED with the service Jamelle provided... we were feeling so BLESSED that we had an opportunity to meet such a great gal that we now consider so dear to our hearts...and truly do consider her family! What I am trying to say is that you can't go wrong with Jamelle. I would recommend her to anybody getting married that is looking for a minister in Vegas. The ease and affordability is worth it alone...... but you get so much more with Jamelle. She absolutely is fantastic. I love this woman! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!! So much love for her. We will probably renew our vows yearly just as an excuse to make a date in Las Vegas with XOXO Jamelle! ~~~ I would leave a 100 star review if there was the option.... heck..... a billion trillion infinity star review ;)
For my 50th birthday we hired Laurajean to handle it all. From the food to the decorating she went above and beyond! The theme created for that evening was inspired by her and showed in every facet of the event. I cannot write enough about how talented she and her team are. I cannot wait to use her on my next event!
If you are on the verge of whether or not to hire a day of planner for your wedding (or a decorator), hire a planner NOW, or better hire Stacey. Stacey was probably the most important reason our wedding was so so great. She had the best attitude, came in early, had no issues with any of my ridiculous requests through out the day (I asked her to even pick up milk at the hotel and she made it happen). May god have mercy on this lady but putting up with me, but she did and exceeded all of my expectations. She was my go to girl the entire day of the wedding. She is AMAZING!! Even my guests knew who the planner was and kept commenting on how great she was. My husband, who is completely oblivious of all wedding related stuff, texted me to say that our planner hit it out of the ball park. I gave her the layout for the day and she didn't miss ANYTHING. I had so many different things going on, and she made them ALL happen, was super flexible and really a major reason why the wedding was on time and flew perfectly. The wedding was more than what either of us could dream of and Stacey really made it happen. Thank you so much for being so professional, easy going, flexible and just the perfect amount of level head and organization needed for this job. Hire her now!! Don't think twice.

Alasha Woods is a true GEM!!! We hired her for our vow renewal ceremony and we could not have been more satisfied with her services. She is highly professional, creative, and a delight to work with. The decorations provided captured our 1920's theme perfectly! The design was not just beautiful they were breathtaking. My guest were all amazed at how she turned a small space into a beautiful wedding creation. To say we were pleased or happy with her services would be an under-statement... We were delighted !!! Rachael and Tim were our wedding planners and they did an amazing job. We held a 4 day event in Eden, Utah. It was Thursday evening thru Sunday morning with 110 guests in attendance. The entire weekend went amazingly smooth and we owe so much of that to Tim & Rachael. They brought a ton of decorations with them, they set up each venue throughout the weekend, took down each venue, organized all of the decorations and decor. They came out and walked the venue with us prior to the event. They helped design the whole theme, the reception, center pieces, table set ups... They helped us find vendors. They clearly have a ton of experience with weddings and thought of things we would have completely missed. I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding who needs someone in their corner. Thank you so much Rachael and Tim. It was the wedding of our dreams and we never could have done it without you. You're the best!
We hired Events to Remember for day-of coordination for our Las Vegas wedding. Planning a wedding from halfway across the wedding can be a bit stressful and I needed someone to help with the set up of our reception. Tina went above and beyond! She touched base with us multiple times before the big day and offered suggestions for multiple vendors. She even made sure to confirm all vendors before the wedding, which allowed us to just relax and enjoy our time in Vegas. We had a pretty elaborate cake table set-up at the reception that she executed flawlessly! Not only is Tina thorough and and organized, she's incredibly kind and clearly loves what she does. Our wedding was so lovely and we couldn't be more than happier. We had a reception in our backyard and we hired them for being an assistant of the day of our wedding. Cynthia and Dallas are very nice and friendly; and also good with communication via phone, emails and texts. They are very responsive to the clients and gave us many advices in our wedding. We would like to thank you very much for everything. Decorations (tables, lights, and cake set up) were beautiful; Food, photographers, bartender, server, and everything ran smoothly and perfectly. Not only us, but our guests are also enjoy our wedding. We cannot possibly say enough nice things about Paulina. She helped make our wedding the absolute best day of our lives and we could not have pulled it off without her. We highly, highly recommend her to help coordinate your wedding/event. Our wedding was a small (under 20 guests) destination wedding at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. It was also the first same-sex wedding at the hotel which posed a number of unique challenges for everyone involved. Paulina handled all of it beautifully and was a steadfast advocate for us through the entire process. Prior to arrival, Paulina served as our liaison to the hotel, bakery, caterer, photographer/videographer and musician (harpist). At every turn, she was negotiating for better terms, fighting to save us money and providing invaluable insight/suggestions on plans for our weekend. Since we live in Austin, she was also our boots on the ground in Las Vegas purchasing bar/alcohol supplies and running all over town for our unique gift bag items. Once we all arrived, she took care of all the logistics. While we relaxed and socialized, she was hard at work carrying boxes, coordinating hotel staff and organizing and cleaning up our suite. On the day of the wedding, I honestly can't say what she did. All I can say was that every single part of our day was perfect. And that's a true testament to how well she works behind the scenes, quietly making it all happen while we enjoyed our day. Paulina is the best!
The Party for my Twins 16th Birthday Bash was great.. I really had no idea on decorating and just had rented a hall. Daniel was recommended to me by the event coordinator at Aliante Hotel for my wedding reception. So nice, easy to talk to, never seems rushed. I wanted all the food at my reception to be gluten-free as I, and several members of my family, including grandkids, must follow a gluten-free diet. I didn't want any of my grandkids to feel left out, by not being able to eat some of the food. Daniel worked with me on the menu, and everything was delicious. We had a buffet and the presentation was beautiful. All the serving staff was very nice, and many of our guests commented on how nice everyone was. I would recommend Daniel to anyone. Price was very reasonable.
I hired Jessica to be my day-of wedding coordinator/planner for my destination wedding in Las Vegas, and boy did she go above and beyond. I seriously can't believe how much she did for me during the planning process, even though I didn't hire or pay her for it. She is definitely meant to be a wedding planner, and that is coming from someone who is very picky and expects a lot when it comes to these sort of things since I am a perfectionist when it comes to party planning. She would get back to me super fast when I had a question or concern, and I had TONS. A few days before the wedding, I had a couple things that were sort of thrown into the mix and made me panic, but one phone call from her, and all was figured out and I was put to ease. She made my wedding the wedding of my dreams and also made it the best wedding a lot of my guests said they have ever been to! I just can't thank her enough for everything. I'm going to miss planning my wedding with her because she made it so much fun for me. I wish she lived in Ohio so she could help me plan every party I throw! If you want to have a wedding that you and your guests will remember (in a good way) for the rest of your lives, hire Jess! You will be so happy that you did, I promise!
I attended a Penny Events wedding venue and was blown away by the transformation that occurred in each room. She was able to create a simple yet beautiful scene for the ceremony and a large, inviting reception area that accommodated over 100 guests. The entire event's theme and decor represented the newly married couple so well and celebrated the new life they were now embarking on together. Very beautifully done and smoothly executed!
