My services Accommodate Clients of all ages and all types of fitness styles or levels, along seeing and listening to practitioners to apply modifications to those who may have been injured or may be beginners. Adjusting speed or cardio level of class depending on fitness lifestyle that had previously been held by student and adjust to fit his/her needs yet stay changed. As I will teach all the benefits along and through class to the postures as we go.. and how to properly get in and out of them in a fun upbeat music filled or relaxing setting. You'll become educated and later be able to practice some small routines on your own and know what benefits you would receive and reach your target goal areas fastest!! Yoga and fitness is so many things but a few and its not boring, switching it up! challenging different areas, wether be it muscle flexibility or balance. theres always more to learn or an advanced posture out there! Second fitness is goal and a challenge you love to overcome and feel better week by week. To see and feel the change! Thirdly Fitness is like music so infinite and personalized to each teachers individual views music tastes and their own personal liking in a class. As she teaches to her own beat. I like my class to be light hearted with music ealph with half without verbals. So much instrumentals really. Liight a few candles spritz some aroma therapy maybe light a salt lamp and music is so key! Im looking into setting up Arial Yoga as well which would be very great!

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my Yoga Alliance License i received it 8 years ago. I have taught in over 4 studios and gyms. aAnd have token 3 additional course fitness training in other styles Yoga/Fusion/Yin/Circuits/Power
