Amazing customer service. I will definitely use them again with any of my electrical needs! They quickly fixed my faulty wiring in my light switches and fixed my tract lighting in the kitchen that hasn't worked correctly in years. All of their work was well priced and professionally done.

Jerry responded to my Thumbtack request almost immediately, and agreed to come my home the following morning to address and fix a dead outside electrical outlet. He was right on time and went right to work sloothing out the potential cause of lack of current in the outlet. He allowed me to watch and learn, and took the time to explain how things worked, and I truly appreciate that didn't consider me to be a nuisance or in his way. He systematically narrowed it down to one conclusion, that the previous owner of the home had cut the electric line to this outlet while installing a doggie-door, and then hidden the evidence inside the wall, which is potentially a very dangerous fire hazard. Jerry quickly ran a new line to fix the problem and capped off the old one, both solving the issue I hired him for and eliminating the potential hazard. His final invoice to me was most reasonable and I thank him for that, taking into consideration the time it took to locate and isolate the problem. It was a pleasure having him in my home, and I highly, highly recommend him and will do so. Thank you for your personal and professional service, Jerry.

It all begun working with my father in the Family Handyman business, & continued working as a Customer Service Specialist in the new housing Industry back in the 1980's... In the early 1990's I decided to begin a life long career as an Electrician, getting into trade school in 1996 & graduating in1999-2000, I became Licensed Idaho, then Colorado, Utah, California, Clark County & Finally getting my Master's in Las Vegas in 2010...
