I was so nervous about leaving Bat for the first time, but Ian assured me that I had nothing to worry about. He sent me updates and pictures constantly while I was away which was very comforting, and he was consistently professional, trustworthy, and reassuring. He is wonderful with animals and immediately got along well with my kitten. I felt safe leaving her with him and would entrust her into his care again in a heartbeat. In fact, I am visiting family out of state over the holidays and requested that he watch over her again! Look to Ian for your pet-sitting needs, you won't regret it. :)"See more

If I could check off all of the little boxes I would while writing this review. My son is 10 and his guitar teacher dropped him as a student. Honestly, I am so glad he did because I wouldn't have found Jeff that same day. He responded quickly and worked with me on my scheduling and I'm s glad I found him based on the reviews. He works well with my son and is so patient. It's been officially two weeks into lessons and my son has already learned more with Jeff than when he was with his other guitar instructor.

It’s Too bad that I could only pick three because Jeff would not only be five stars but all five of those attributes! Jeff is the consummate professional and takes teaching the guitar very seriously. He is always completely prepared and focused on the lesson plan and understands that we’re not all starting at the same level, but he’s one of the most patient people I’ve ever met and works with me with the patience of a saint. I am 57 years old and I’ve always wanted to learn to play guitar and now that I’m retired I have the time but I thought I was too old and Jeff just laughed and told me you’re never too old to learn, and he is right and he has been guiding me along my journey with encouragement and direction. I highly recommend Jeff if you are thinking of learning to play guitar or even if you know how to play guitar but want to learn to be better, give Jeff a call because he can take you to the next level. Jeff is very patient person. He understands beginning guitar players like myself and puts me at ease. He has a good ability to detect my facial expressions, knowing when, e.g., I don't fully understand something or am really delighted about something. So it results in more information being conveyed. Very important in a teacher. He is professional and is punctual about beginning my lesson on time. I am glad I found him. I am getting a good value for my money.
