I contacted this company to do some work for me. One of the employees came to my house and I explained what I needed done. One of the things I needed was some paint touch up. To color match paint, he attempted to take a plastic piece from the beam. While attempting to do this, he broke it. I wasn't too worried about it because he took the broken piece which he would use to get the exact paint color. He told me that he would also replace broken piece. We set a date for Saturday. No one showed up and I received no call. I text the owner and he said, oh, I had to pull him for a major leak. He apologized and said we would do it another day. I haven't heard from him since. If you don't want this type of service look elsewhere. The owner had a nonchalant attitude and really did not seem to care. Look elsewhere!!!

Sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you. First and foremost I would like to clarify that the piece on the beam that you speak of was that of a screw cover that pops out willingly. It was never broken , but got lodged and had to be worked to remove. Secondly, nothing was ever rescheduled for the following week. It was told to you that projects were stacking up and maybe Saturday my employee could come back if everything was on track and you would be contacted that Wednesday or Thursday if he could make it. You stated that your work wasn’t in dire need. To assume that an appointment was set is totally false with no appointment time ever made. Thirdly, after you messaged on the app about my employee not coming back on Saturday, I attempted to remedy the situation and ask to come by that Monday to do the work for you. Which you stated you work and that Saturdays would be better. Then, I told you that barring any emergencies I could try and come by that following Saturday afternoon in which you never confirmed or responded. Nothing was ever confirmed in any circumstance. Thank you for reaching out through Thumbtack, hopefully your pressing work gets remedied.

Made a date and time for him to come. 15 minutes before I asked if he was on his way and he gave me a run around. Then said he told me he couldn’t today. Not reliable!!
