Let's start from the very beginning! The first call with Peter getting to know his groove and way of cooking was great! Very professional and communicative for what needs and wants I had been searching for. The theme for the night was inspired by mediterranean cuisine, and honestly it hit right on point from the first stater courses to the final, chimichurri steak course. This was my first time hosting a personal dinner party, and will not be the last with Peter. My family and I were no doubt very pleased, and made our vacation a special moment. Thank you!

Stop looking. Hire Pete. Fantastic cook who can adapt to your preferences. We had him stay as our in-house chef for a full weekend while in Truckee with a group of 12. He had appetizers, to-go lunches, snacks, homemade bread and cookies, dinners. AND, he cleaned up everything.Pete Didnt mind occassionally reaching over his shoulder to grab a bite. Fantastic food and he blended in well with our group. His steak was so top-notch. Also very accommodating with special requests for the house.Use Pete
