Anders takes the time to understand and analyze the strengths, weaknesses and tendencies of each individual. He then creates a training plan that focuses on quality at a pace that is reasonable for the goals of that person. Anders has a unique background and is able to bring knowledge to his costumers that is beyond the expected. Professional, punctual, and someone who will help you achieve tangible results. I would definitely recommend Anders to anyone looking to improve their swimming technique, efficiency, strength and overall swimming ability.

Anders has been great to work with! I started out barely capable of swimming 25 meters without being completely out of breath due to horrible technique/breathing. After just 3 sessions with Anders I am able to put in multiple laps with no issues. Still have a long way to go to be where I want to be, but I'm on my way. Only reason I only did 3 sessions is my schedule and other conflicts. Will likely continue learning/training with Anders in the future when my schedule permits. He has a wealth of experience and is very patient. Always punctual, and willing to communicate and work with my schedule.
Details: Adult (18 or older) • Beginner • Comfortable in water • Improve swimming technique • Become more comfortable in water • Train for an event • No, but I plan to do research • 45 minutes • At the pro’s location • My home, venue, etc.

Anders has a great teaching style that will help you accomplish your swimming goals. I've already accomplished more in two sessions with Anders than weeks in a swimming program. He's also extremely flexible and works to adapt to your schedule and location. I highly recommend him for your swimming needs!

Working with Anders is absolutely great. A quick review of my story for context - when I was young, parents thought learning to swim was too dangerous so I never did. Grew old not really thinking about it, but after I turned 25, I decided it was something I wanted to do, so started learning the basics on Youtube. Not much progress though. Now, at 30, I decided to really commit and signed up for a half ironman next year. Getting back to videos was not great, I couldn’t swim more than 1 lap without losing my breath and having to stop. When I found Anders, he was super responsive and we agreed on a date to begin the coaching very soon. He always showed up to every session a couple minutes early to make sure we’d start on the right time and in each and every session he’d watch what I was doing and teach me the right, or better way to do it. With his coaching and weekly training schedules, 4 weeks in, I am now able to swim 200m non-stop and 1500m with about 5-6 stops of 1-2 minutes, without ever feeling panicked or exhausted. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and I cannot recommend him enough. If you want to REALLY learn how to swim and you’re fully committed to it, he’s your guy to make it happen. Thanks, Anders!

Anders is an excellent teacher and a thorough professional. We spent a number of sessions working on my, self admittedly, broken freestyle technique where I could only swim a lap or two. Anders customized my training exercises to fix various incorrect parts of my stroke, something that would be almost impossible for me to even know about let alone fix without his help. I'm now able to swim for much longer continuously (11 laps last we checked but I'm sure I can do more) and comparatively effortlessly, and with much better technique. Anders keeps a high bar for professionalism. He is always on time, prompt in responding to questions and sharing exercises for homework. He's also very easy to talk to and work with. Overall, Anders is one of the best swimming coaches in the area. Highly recommended.
