- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep it simple and structured: Quick phone consult (10–15 minutes). We learn your goals, schedule, injuries, and what’s worked or failed before. Movement & goals assessment. We test basic strength, mobility, and conditioning so we know exactly where to start. Custom 12‑week plan. You get a clear training schedule plus daily nutrition guidelines that fit your real life and shifts. Coaching & accountability. We meet for 1‑on‑1 sessions, you send meal/drink pics for daily feedback, and we adjust weekly. The goal: in the first 90 days you feel stronger, leaner, and more in control of your habits than you have in years.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our coaches are career trainers, not part‑time fitness hobbyists. Industry‑recognized certifications in personal training and/or exercise science Years of experience working 1‑on‑1 with busy adults, not just athletes Ongoing education in strength training, fat loss, and behavior change Practically, that means we know how to get you results safely, even if you’ve got old injuries, low confidence, or you’re starting from scratch.
