Introduction: I am a certified yoga instructor and dancer. I have my 200hr RYT in the 8 Limbs of Ashtanga under the training of Andrea Aulston. I am also certified practitioner in Rachel Brice's 8 Elements Belly Dance Program. I have trained with many word-respected dance instructors including Sabrina Hart, Zoe Jakes, Mardi Love, Colleena Shakti, Amy Sigil, and Heather Stants.
I think that people get the best results from their fitness routine when it is fun, and they truly enjoy it. I love to see the transformation that occurs in people when they start to feel confidence and joy in their movement practice.
