Phenomenal experience! When I first met with Dan I was overweight miserable had no self esteem. Dan helped me get my life back, he went the extra mile and put together a nutrition plan for me. He always made sure the workouts are something that challenged me but made sure I was able to do them, and it wasn't the same workouts over and over he always made sure he changed things up!

We were looking for healthy, low calorie, Paleo meals to help aid in our weight loss goal. My husband and I could not believe that she gave us everything we asked for with over the top flavor (DELICIOUS!!!) and the kitchen was spotless when she left. You were so kind, and gentle, leading the yoga class for people who are not that comfortable with it. I really enjoyed it. But your meetups were for overweight people, I'm not, and I got too busy with other stuff anyway. I would return again if my schedule changed, and if it wasn't just for weight challenged people.
Kara worked for 6 months as our trail crew camp manager. Everyday after working long hours building trails, Kara would make awesome meals that were healthy, nutritious, and most importantly delicious. She was extremely creative (bagel pizzas on a camp stove) and the menu was always changing so we never got tired of the food. The way Kara managed the food that our crew ate all summer was one of the biggest reason for our trail season being such a huge success.
I am a 55 y/o, F. I am a former marathon runner, avid kayaker and hiker. Don's customized and personal approach of coaching me individually through every activity, to be certain I am performing each move or task correctly, is a service I have not found with other "gyms". Also, each week the "routine" is a bit different. I love this one on one technique. I would absolutely recommend Success Health and Fitness to anyone who feels he/she would like to improve any aspect of their overall fitness - athlete or non-athlete.
