AIshea is a gem. She can fix computer problems and help you understand what's actually going on. She helped us keep our 6 year old dell laptop running long past is official useful life. We plan to ask her to help us again with that same, practically antique laptop, which has just been through a house fire. If she can get it going yet again, she'll be a magician! We'll post another review after that.

As a film and TV composer my computer is my life blood for the industry communication as well creating actual music. Has been able to keep my computer systems running by way of remote access. There has not been ANY other computer anybody who is willing and able to make house calls in cyberspace. No one comes close to the expertise provided with a click of the mouse.
