Zero stars personified! Spare yourself the aggravation and inconvenience of hiring this guy! He showed up on time, cut one low-hanging branch and left. He said he needed to replace a broken saw blade at Home Depot. This took 2.5 hours. We live within 5 miles of three Home Depots and two Lowe's. (**While he was gone, another guy came, rang our doorbell and said he was there with the lift.) When he returned, basically no work was done. It seemed like he was trying to figure out what to do. He had a rope around the top of the tree. I told him I had doubts that he could do the job. He reassured me he could. Later, he said he needed to come back the same time the next day because the guy did not show up with the lift. The next day he said he needed to show up two hours later than planned because the guy with the lift was available at that time. More than two hours passed. Then he said the guy did not show up with the lift and he could not do the job. *I got 5 quotes. The next guy came by and dropped the (60 foot)tree in less than 30 minutes of being there! No lift or ladder used. This new guy also cleaned up the branch and leaves left by Conner LLC.

Shadale and his 2 person team weeded and spread 16 yards of mulch on one of the hottest and humid days so far this summer. Worked constantly with few breaks. Shadale was very polite and accommodating. Highly recommended.
