Introduction: Personal Fitness Training
- One-on-One Training available: in home, apartment gym, or one of my venues.
The most important thing I can tell you is that I am 100% committed to my clients, and I ask the same in return. I am here to guide you through your program, hold you accountable to your goals, yet your results will be determined by your efforts in and out of the gym.
I prepare a 45 minute personalized exercise routine before each session to maximize time & results. Each exercise will be thoroughly explain, demonstrated, then preformed. Our sessions will include: cardio drills to raise heart rate, use of free weights and barbells to build strength, mat work to sculpt abdominals, booty, and thighs, and high intensity rounds to increase endurance and stamina. Stationary, DIY gym machines will NOT be used during training session.

Sculpt and Stretch Yoga Flow
- One-on-One Sessions and Group Classes available: in home, apartment gym or you may join a current class if there is space
Find inspiration, balance and peace through this fitness infused yoga class. The combination of traditional yoga poses with strength building movements will help improve muscle tone, flexibility, endurance and resilience.
From each posture, you will be guided through a series of free flowing, breath controlled movements. I always encouraged students to add their own flavor by incorporating modifications, variations and additional movements to keep things feeling natural and effortless. This allows each student to safely create and experience their ideal yogic flow. Whether beginner or advanced, you will melt away stress, pain and tension, leaving body and mind feeling calm and refreshed. All levels are welcome!!!
*Please bring your mat, water, a positive attitude and a SMILE! Additional mats, blocks and other props available.
Integrative Nutrition Counseling

Ditch those nasty eating habits as you learn how to integrate tasty, whole foods into your daily routine. We will look passed the "what" and look in to the "why".
