I teach vinyasa, hatha, and power flow yoga for all levels with creative, thoughtful, alignment based sequencing. Sessions always include awareness of breath with each movement and in stillness (Incorporating pranayama breathing techniques). I offer thoughtful and effective hands-on assists to find safe alignment and guide students deeper into their asanas. I love to teach private yoga, meditation, and pilates as I understand the importance and enjoy the challenge of individualizing the experience to the needs and abilities of the student. Whether you are a brand new yogi or experienced yogi looking to deepen your practice, I'd love to be your guide in to helping you experience the benefits and fitness.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we will address your personal goals and interests. You may be looking to deepen your practice, relieve stress, add to your exercise regimen, or heal an injury. As a private student, you can expect a fresh, fun, and challenging custom sequence that matches your energy and experience level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance. I did my training at New York Yoga in the Upper East Side, Manhattan. I teach full-time. I am also a Pilates Mat instructor, certified through Gramercy Pilates. I am currently finishing up my 500hr pilates equipment apparatus certification which will be certified through Pilates Method Alliance.
