I started Noel's Kitchen in 2011 to bring the Great Louisiana Cuisine to the northern states. I offer a mixture of Cajun, Creole, & Southern Cuisine and we put an extremely amount of LOVE and Joy into all our dishes. I think the end results is the best for me. I love it when my clients are completely satisfied and I see that smile and look of "Thank You" on their face. Sometimes, It's a look of great relief. These events are extremely important and stressful to my clients so I take each individual contract just as important. They pay is good too. LOL!!!

      Usually a phone call or 2 in the beginning. Then probably 2 to 3 meetings which may include a tasting. Sign Contract. Perform Event. Pretty straight forward
