- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When costumers need assistance I will charge 35 dollars for diagnostics, but if will do the repair only the repair money will be charged and wont charge diagnostics.

I like to know the client and their needs to make sure I give the best from me.

I am A+ Certified, Apple Certified, Lenovo certified ,Network Training (Network Security training + Diploma. A deep understanding about Pc and apple troubleshooting. more than 5 years providing IT solutions. PC, laptop repairs (windows and Apple). Printer repairs. Cameras Installations. Network setups such as server, routers and switches.
