- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on providing honest and accurate pricing to our clients. To make sure you have the best experience possible we would be happy to speak more on the phone or schedule an on-site estimate. We accept cash, checks & credit/debit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To explain everything that I can openly in order to make a new client feel comfortable with hiring us not only at the moment, but for the future as well. I am here for the long run, we do not have "fly-by-night" intentions here.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, myself have taken courses in HVAC/R, Electrical Wiring, and Plumbing, OSHA Training. I have also taken, and will continue to take, multple certification courses/classe pertaining to the specifics of each individual trade. Any of my employees and/or colleagues that are on any job sites by themselves or lead any job sites have had the proper schooling, and/or training to handle such sites without my presesnce. That being said, if ever a client has a question/concern about any worker please do not be shy or hesitant to contact me directly to ask about or comment on anyone I send to take care of your needs. Staying up to date on all the latest models, codes, technologies, efficiencies/strategies, procedures, and "greener" ways of doing things is a must with us and well worth the money/time it costs for the classes
