We had about 50 guests (Pool party) Made entertaining easy. Great at cooking different foods everything came out juicy and delicious everyone loved it and portion size was perfect. I love the variety offered. True professional came in early to prepare and left extras for seconds. Also left our out door kitchen very clean! Ethos, admirable plus great vibes high end chef. Will contract again for sure. Thank you. Highly recommended!
