Chef Ismael was amazing, and exceeded my expectations in every way. He is a consummate professional. He arrived promptly, went straight to work as if he’d been cooking delicious meals out of my kitchen for years, and served us a truly spectacular 4-course dinner. It was a 50th birthday for my friend- who is a professional chef! So the stakes were high, but he more than met our standards. I look forward to working with Chef Ismael again. He is a visionary with an amazing work ethic.

Chef Ismael came to Redding, CT and gave our group the most incredible 5-course dining experience. From start to finish, everything was beyond amazing. Each course was beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor, you could truly taste the attention to detail in every bite. Our entire group could not stop talking about how delicious everything was. It honestly felt like we were dining at a five-star restaurant, but in the comfort of our own space. Not only is Chef Ismael extremely talented, but he is also very friendly, professional, and such a pleasure to have around. He made the whole experience feel elevated yet comfortable at the same time. I would hire him a hundred times over without hesitation. If you’re thinking about booking him do it. You will not regret it!

These were so good. The tomato soup with the dropped cheese ball was amazing, very light and flavored. And the chicken and potato, specially the sauce on the top, 😋. Thank you Chef Ismael.
