Chef Nico Sosa provided an incredible dining experience from start to finish. The Wagyu tartare was perfectly seasoned and incredibly fresh—definitely a highlight of the night. The NY Steak was cooked exactly to my liking, tender and flavorful. Beyond the food, Nico was professional and very responsive during the planning process. Highly recommend!
