Introduction: My name is Chef DaCosta, I have 15+ years of culinary experience. I attended culinary high school and college. My focus is quality food and experience for all my guest.
I like to curate unique culinary experiences for my clients. I can make Caribbean, French, Italian, Latin, Mediterranean and Asian cousin. Through traveling I’ve learned new dishes and cooking techniques that I apply to my cooking.
I cater for a wide variety of service styles, such as plated, buffet, family style, past hors d’oeuvres, or stationary hors d’oeuvres.
I can accommodate small and large scale events. (IE: Dinner parties, private dinners, brunch, social events, weddings, micro weddings, fashion shows, galas, etc)
