​Hello, I’m Becca. Born and raised in New York City’s Upper East Side, my love for food began at a young age while assisting my aunt in her kitchen. The anticipation of waiting for the homemade mac ‘n’ cheese or that last batch of chicken to be ready was pure joy. When you taste what I create today, it evokes those same feelings - excitement with every bite! My passion led me into the culinary industry where over 11 years ago; starting as a dishwasher at a Steakhouse before working up through various roles including cook across all stations eventually leading into senior management positions. Creating memorable dining experiences isn’t just about great food but also depends on an enthusiastic attitude and dedication from someone capable behind scenes – That’s who I am!
