I'm not trying to sell you overpriced supplements that do close to nothing. I just want to get my clients the best results and instill my passion into them.
I had the opportunity to play multiple sports in college (decided to play basketball while lifting, sprinting and distance running). I could tell you about myself, how I've been exercising for 30+ years and spend my free time becoming a better trainer, but my focus is on you achieving your goals.
My goal is to change the fitness industry through one client and trainer at a time. I'm not a salesman. I'm the trainer who other trainers ask for advice or train with.
