- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system for simple jobs. More complex events require a little more thought and time. We can send our Event Planner and Balloon Menu upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we try to understand their vision for the event. Once we understand the scope, we send an invoice estimate to solidify pricing and details. We ask that the customer make a deposit if the event is two weeks or more. If less then two weeks we ask for full payment. Balance is due the week before event. We call the day before to confirm event details have not changed. We show up at your event and first complete hired task and then ask if there is anything we can assist with, within our hour time frame--time allowed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Balloon Artist. I take classes, workshops, videos and daily events to keep me on my toes. We are always training our staff as new techniques and protocol come out weekly and we like to stay ahead of the game.
