CateredxCarter did a stellar job on our event. It was a 90th Birthday party and though we brought in the food from local restaurants, we hired them to help organize, to keep things running smoothly, to supply some serving pieces etc, and to just generally be in charge of making it a worry-free, elegant evening. They came through on all scores. They were not cooking the food for us this time, but I would not hesitate to have them fully cater an event. Great experience!

Working with Chef Ray was an amazing experience! The presentation of the food was beautifully done from the plating to the food itself. I hosted a homeowner seminar for prospective sellers and landlords and Chef Ray food was a big hit. Every single guest was so pleased by the tasty hors'd'oeuvres because the flavors were on point. Chef Ray did not miss a beat. I highly recommend and will be using for future events.

I’ve booked Chef Carter a few times for different reasons and it was successful each time! The food is always fresh and delicious. You can tell it’s made with precision and love. Also it’s always an experience with Chef Carter. No matter what setting, it’s comfortable and she makes it feel like home. Always a pleasure.

We had a girls night and just didnt want to do any cooking, Chef Ray came in and built a custom menu for us that was just what we were looking for. The night was a hit and we didnt have to do much but enjoy ourselves, the food was amazing (still thinking about the grilled prawns in chimichurri), they cleaned up after themselves and left our space clean, which I loved!
