Alex and his team were very pleasant and easy to work with. Alex was knowledgeable about product options for painting my brownstone exterior steps, iron gates and even exposed bricks. They meticulously scrapped the ironwork and areas of chipped paint before painting. They were also able to rebuild the basement opening cover that is found in the front yard of most brownstones. The cover was warped with some areas along the rim edges of small openings. The cover now fits very tight with no areas where “animals” could squeeze up under. I also extended the scope of the job asking that he paint a sealer on the exposed brick wall inside my home. The exterior came out great and the interior too!
