- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is competitive on a high level. I do not give discounts and I charge tax and fees (transportation, equipment, groceries etc).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I access the clients needs and standards and if we match in those regards, I proceed with the job until completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Marketing and I graduated from the Art Institute of NYC in Culinary Arts.
