We found Francisco and his crew really easy to work with and low pressure. They were very receptive to tweaks and changes to the work plan and Francisco was responsive to questions and concerns. We provided him with drawings to help communicate our ideas of what the project should look like - although we were not working with a full-set of architectural plans. Also, I was on-site a lot to help direct details. His team followed my directions carefully and adjusted easily to working with some unusual materials and re-used fixtures. I was especially happy with the tile work in the bathrooms, the drywall finishes, and flooring installation.

Francisco is a life saver. I thought our DIY basement remodeling disaster was unable to be repaired without taking out a second mortgage. He was responsive, trustworthy answered all our questions, recommended solutions that we didn’t even think of. (I guess cuz we got our ideas and training from YouTube. 😩) I can’t say enough about this guy. I will be calling him again.
