Kobi is a fantastic teacher. I had seen him perform with a few bands and connected with him to get a few lessons. I'm primarily a saxophonist, but think it's important to have drumming fundamentals to improve your rhythm and groove. He was totally accommodating to my lack of drumming experience and very patient as I eased into playing. Very nice guy, and knew exactly how to fix my technique and work on my rhythm. Definitely recommend!

Studying drums with Kobi enriched my overall musical life in a huge way! In addition to being incredibly virtuosic in terms of his own ability, Kobi came into every lesson with a huge smile and a great attitude and that went a long way in terms of encouraging me to stay motivated - you can tell how much Kobi really deeply loves playing music and sharing it with others. I've unquestionably become a better and more thoughtful overall musician as a result of studying with Kobi, and I would recommend him as a teacher to anyone looking to start as a beginner drummer, cross over to drums for another instrument, or anyone looking to get excited about rhythm and groove! 5/5 experience!

I loved taking drum lessons with Kobi! He was really able to pinpoint some of my weaknesses and give me exercises to improve my playing. His enthusiasm really inspired me to go home and practice! I highly recommend taking drum lessons with Kobi,

Kobi is an amazing drummer and a great teacher. He understands the patience needed to learn the drums and explains new ideas at a comfortable yet engaging pace. Learning from Kobi is enriching, challenging, and above all fun.

Kobi is a wonderful teacher for my son who looks forward to each lesson and is motivated to practice every week. Kobi has helped him to grow as a musician and progress as a student. He is very responsive and consistently willing to accommodate our schedules. As a teacher, he is a great communicator and explains things in a way that beginner musicians will understand. He is a very gifted performer himself and an excellent role model for his students.
