I'm a classically-trained chef, graduating with a Certificate in Professional Cooking from Kendall College. I'm also a registered dietitian-nutritionist (RDN) and certified dietitian nutritionist (CDN) in New York, graduating with a Bachelor's of Science in Allied Medical Professions from The Ohio State University. I continually seek out national and international continuing education opportunities.
