Working with Chef Jackie was amazing. She was very responsive to all our requests, and came up with great menu ideas that we were excited about. At the cooking class, she was organized, clear, and friendly. She made the cooking feel very low-pressure and fun, while giving us really valuable information and cooking tips. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm a classically-trained chef, graduating with a Certificate in Professional Cooking from Kendall College. I'm also a registered dietitian-nutritionist (RDN) and certified dietitian nutritionist (CDN) in New York, graduating with a Bachelor's of Science in Allied Medical Professions from The Ohio State University. I continually seek out national and international continuing education opportunities. Plus, I attend several national food events and expos each year to make sure my cuisine stays on-trend--or ahead of the latest food trends!
